Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, and you’ll see the shipping options during checkout.
Are your products customizable?
Yes, everything in my store can be customized! The products I sell are either hand-painted items or “print on demand” pieces. You can choose from the ready-to-ship options available in the shop, or you can order a unique piece with a custom design made just for you. Whether it’s a hand-painted bag or a print, I will work closely with you to create something that perfectly matches your vision.
How can I order a bag or clothing item with a unique design?
To order a custom piece, simply get in touch with me! You can send me a message through the contact form or email me directly at info@sashasavona.com with your ideas and preferences. Let me know what you have in mind—whether it’s a specific color scheme, design, or something completely unique—and I will create a one-of-a-kind item just for you. Please note that the price for custom orders may be slightly higher than for ready-to-ship items. This is due to the time I invest in creating a unique design, whether it’s a hand-painted piece or a digital design. That said, asking doesn’t cost anything! I will reply as soon as possible (usually within 1 to 3 business days), and it will be up to you to decide whether to accept the proposal. What is your return and refund policy?
You have 30 days to return an item
If you don’t like the item you bought, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return.
What can you return
You can only return items that are:
New, just like when you received them, with no signs of use.
Not customized: if the item was made specifically for you (like a hand-painted bag or a custom print), it cannot be returned.
How to make a return
You need to send an email to info@sashasavona.com to request the return.
After requesting the return, I will send you a return shipping label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Remember, if you send the item back without first requesting a return, I won’t be able to accept it.
If the product is damaged or wrong
If you notice that the item is damaged or not what you ordered when you receive the package, contact me right away so we can fix the issue. In this case, I will cover the return shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned
Made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Returns for EU customers
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the item without needing to explain why. However, the item must be eligible for return.
Refunds
After I receive and inspect your return, I will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes it might take longer for your bank to process the refund.
Can I send you my own handbag to be painted?
Yes, I can paint on your own handbag!

Are the handbags you paint new or vintage?
All the handbags I paint are brand new, made of genuine leather, and crafted in Italy.
Most of them are sourced from my trusted supplier in Florence, a city renowned for its high-quality leather and craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully selected to ensure the perfect base for my artistic creations.
